Big Idea

My latest Big Idea is a spring water bottling company. The well water in northern Washington County is excellent. For example, there is an artesian well in the woods at Whispering Pines Park, about a mile north of Hwy 97 on Hwy 95. My parents' home is in May Township, so I am familiar with the well water in that area. Also in the area, Square Lake is spring fed, supports trout, and is reported to be one of the cleanest lakes in the U.S.

Actually, I have several locations in mind in Washington County, MN. After acquiring the raw property, I would have to drill a well, construct a bottling plant/warehouse to bottle the water and make it available for shipping. Or would it be better to fill tanks to be bottled at another facility? I would do the back office work and hire out the heavy lifting, but I need some expert guidance to make sure I am working in the right direction. I would like to establish a contract with a retailer, such as SuperAmerica (Speedway), so I would provide the spring water for their label and they would do the retailing portion of distribution.

If you would please tell your friends who are looking for entrepreneurial ventures to encourage I am looking for investors who want to get involved in my project.
